"Everything was great but j do think they should have their own shuttle for guests because the hill is too steep to walk and the locale bus is every hour. Also lots of bike peolle that could have used a lift. "

The stand out was the restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful and comprehensive. We dined each evening of our seven night stay. The range of food on the menu was impressive and the quality first class. Obviously a very accomplished chef. Restaurant staff could not have been more helpful and cheerful. They showed it was a happy place to work. "When I booked this hotel I had no idea what to expect as I was ment to be going to Luxembourg but that hotel canceled on me so at the last minute I booked here as it looked so lovely. And I was not disappointed, I had no idea on the area or what to see or do. But once I got here the idea is to do nothing. Yes you can bike around or go on wine tasting but you can also sit and do nothing. That is what this place and hotel gives you. Peace and serenity. The staff are absolutely amazing and I need an extra night and they did their best to fit me in. I was so grateful. I did not taste the wine as I don’t drink but I saw many other visitors enjoying it. The breakfast was exceptional and just what you need to start up your day. The room and large and clean and have all you need to sleep and relax I was kindly offered a balcony room and that was just perfect for me. I could watch the world go by. I slept soundly and really enjoyed my time here. Will certainly come back. The manager (owner?) is second to none! Truly lovely lady. "

"Location was right on the waterfront and had a beautiful view. There was probably a 5-10 minute walk to find food other than the hotel restaurant - which seemed nice, we just didn't want to eat there. Staff was very friendly and helpful."
