The downtown area is a bit older like many cities. There is a mall across the street and the Soo Locks are located not far from the hotel. Also, the Soo Greyhounds arena is just down the street.

"The only negativity is the room wasmt air conditioned when we walked in and it smelled of mold. We turned the room air conditioning on and it worked and cooled the room down but there was still a mold smell."
