Unfortunately, my stay at Hotel Henna was disappointing. The front desk service fell short, lacking warmth and attentiveness toward guests. Additionally, I visited the hotel to celebrate my birthday and informed the staff about the occasion, but there was no gesture of recognition. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel and do not plan to stay there again.
