The main pluses about this property are the owner/host, who was extremely pleasant and helpful, and the location right along the seaside promenade. The price was decent, if budget is an issue. We had a basic room which was truly basic--small, with minimal furnishings and comforts. Like much of the town, the property was a bit shabby. Still, the bed was comfortable enough and the room clean--completely fine for a 1-night stay.

It was a prime position for the beach, pier and the centre, it is acroos the road from the retail park and from the beach. Was in close range to the train station and to other activities in llanduno. The staff were also very kind and always smiling.

The overall experience was superb. The room was immaculate, well presented and very comfortable with parking nearby. We would not hesitate to come back to the Oasis. Carole & Ed were most accommodating, friendly and helpful in everything from places to visit, to directions on how to get there. You will not be disappointed and this is a 'must' place to book when when looking for a place to stay with fabulous service. The town and eateries are all within easy walking distance with fabulous views being situated right on the sea front.
