Staff were amazing and truly cared about me. I would return. Area is also close walking distance to restaurants and nightlife. Also was upgraded for evening happy hour in the business center which was very impressive and had amazing views!

After a long and tiring flight, I fell welcomed at Fiesta Americana Plaza Reforma. The hotel is spacious, clean and the staff is extremely friendly, courteous and professional. Thanks to my status I was upgraded, with access to the executive lounge with free breakfast and canapés in the evening. I had a wonderful experience in CDMX. I can’t thank enough Fiesta Americana for making me feel valued.

I have stayed in too many hotels to count in Mexico City and I have to say that for its price, the Fiesta Americana Reforma is probably among my top 3. They pretty much always give me an upgrade if they have the room, it's well located, and there are lots of amenities. Sure, it's a bit dated, but in a good way that is so prevalent in CDMX. In short, if this place is available, I am generally staying here, even if it is a bit further down Reforma. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at the Fiesta Americana on Reforma probably a dozen times over the years and, for its price, it never disappoints. Parts of it are sort of dated, but in a cool, midcentury modern kind of way. The staff is always nice and the rooms are comfortable. It's fitness center also punches above its weight for a hotel of this ilk. It's definitely high on my list of places to stay on my frequent business trips to CDMX.

The Aircondition doesn’t seem to be working. I think the property deliberately run the AC at higher temperatures. The front desk staff were average

I paid in advance for the upgrade. When checking in I was told at the desk it was already in my reservation. There is no upgrade when checking in they offer. I also paid for the club level which is on a higher floor with a sit down buffet breakfast and evening appetizers and wine. We used it a few times. Not worth it to me to do again in the future but plenty of food if you want to have your meals there.
