Property was under renovations so not in top condition. Room was a suite so we appreciated the extra space. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Location was convenient as we had early reservation for the Sandia Tram in the morning.

Good service by staff. Good breakfast. T.v. was good. Clean room overall. A bit runned down tho. The room we stayed had carpet stains. Overall, better than the Comfort Inn on Alameda in Albuquerque.

We requested a second room as first was dirty and torn curtains, filthy couch. 2nd “renovated” room was better but obviously not renovated well. Old fixtures in bathroom. The front desk clerk was outstanding.

We booked this hotel because we had spent many hours on the road and needed the hot tub for my husbands back. We arrived and was told that the hot tub and hotel was in the stages of repair and the hot tub wasn't available.

Check in was easy! Our plan was delayed a day and they worked with hotels.com to get that day refunded. Called us by name the whole stay. Helpful with directions and advice on what to do in the area.

It it's what I would expect from a $100 room but unfortunately paid $400 because of being close to the balloon park!

The hotel was nice & decent. The breakfast was pretty good with options. The room was comfortable and clean. We've stayed here in the past and obviously came back. Our only issue was the smell of weed that filled our room everyday. We were near an exit and either people were lighting up in their rooms or were going outside just past our room and smoking. It was absolutely disgusting and nauseating. We go to ABQ every year for a conference and although we don't have issues with the actual hotel, we will probably stay across the street for now on. The weed was just to much!

The room was okay. The bedroom TV did not work, Direct TV did not work the next morning and the "hot" breakfast did not exist as they had no working oven. Small breakfast area. Had to eat our cold muffin in our room.
