It was my first time staying there this weekend and it was calm and peaceful. The pool and room was amazing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the parking was good too. I just wish I could have went to the gym but due to remodeling it wasn’t open which was understandable! I’ll definitely be going back to stay.

They are updating rooms and property now! Staff including housekeeping is fast kind and efficient! Pool is warm and clean! The breakfast was as good as any…. Sausage, eggs, gravy and biscuits, waffles, cereal, white/wheat bread, bagels, muffins juice and milk! We’d stay again! Great nightly rate!

Nice, personable check-in. For a lower cost motel, it was really one of the best I've stayed. I liked the large walk-in shower. It was clean and nothing threadbare. Off the road and seemed like a very safe location. Very pleased.

Basic Hotel

If you need a place to sleep for a night or two, this is it. The rooms were really basic. One bed was awkward and I i almost cell off if I turned over. Sheets and towels were clean, basic amentities provided. Was allowed to bring our dog, so that was a huge plus. Breakfast was scarce. No milk and limited options for breads, which we normally see a larger selection at Econo Lodges. The floor in front of the bathroom door was wet, not sure how. Staff was extremely friendly and check in was very easy. The one staff was working the breakfast bar and then outside cleaning up. Huge shout out to her for being such a hard worker. Will visit again when we return to SWV.

Service was great. The toilet float needed repair, so the toilet was continuously losing water down the drain. I propped something under the float to raise to a position that would close the valve. The only reason I stayed was to wait for my car to be serviced at the Kia dealership 1 mile away. Door look was literally hanging out of the door, furniture was old and disgusting, shower curtain bowed so it wouldn’t stay closed on either end when you showered.

I stayed in this hotel back in January and was told the 2nd floor was for smokers and was allowed to smoke in the room and then i go the beginning of march and they said it was nonsmoking and i was in the same room. The only reason i booked it again was because they had rooms you could smoke in. Doesnt make any sense

This place is a hole in the ground and should be shut down. Disgusting place. NO POOL. Even if there was never ever. Holes in walls. Doors kicked in. Should be condemned. Awful. Went out of my way to warn people and leave a review.

Most issues are just due to the age of the property. Location was good near national park which was reason in the area. But there was no stairs for 50 pound bag on the second level. Tv didn’t work. Air conditioning/heater was so loud it woke me up’s there was general fug of dog from pets they allowed and the breakfast room floor was so slippery it was hard to walk. Will say bed decently comfortable and bathroom appeared as clean as it could be with repeated uses and the price was low for area
