Charged our card twice and charged for service animal as well as coming in and waking us up during medically needed naps at 5pm to do housekeeping even when told someone here is disabled and has to sleep during that time. Roaches were also present.

The biggest letdown was the bathroom—it hadn’t been properly cleaned before our arrival, with noticeable grime on the walls and an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout our stay. The pillows were also small and uncomfortable, which didn’t help the overall experience. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the advertised “free breakfast.” However, when we inquired Friday morning, we were told breakfast is only available on Saturdays and Sundays. That detail wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking, and it felt misleading. Between the cleanliness issues, lack of comfort, and unfulfilled promises, this stay didn’t meet expectations. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Room was listed as non-smoking but smelled of cigarette smoke and we're both non-smokers. The hairdryer in the room had frayed wired, but thankfully we didn't have 2 use it, I'm sure if we had said something about it they would have taken care of it. The customer service was very good.

It was a very affordable stay me and my significant other was comfortable. The walkthrough was pretty clean, the rooms were pretty roomy and neat. The bathrooms could have been cleaned better i saw previous hair and dirt, also the sink was flooding when we turned it on for a few seconds. The showers were nice the water pressure was great, tv was outdated we didnt get to plug up our game system to watch movies but it was fine. It was pretty quiet and i felt comfortable knowing they had cameras everywhere and the receptionist were helpful and were always there. I would come here again if you needed somewhere to lay your head but you would be in and out. The vending machines were outdated also but our stay was pretty good!
