It was clean, employees at check in were nice, even after dealing with a very rude customer, one who would in no way be appeased. Mgr actually brought my drivers license to my room after I left it at the front desk. He saved me from missing my cruise! The issue with the rude customer was due partly to a language barrier between the front desk employee & a very frustrated, rude customer.
All in all, I was disappointed with the somewhat dilapidated appearance of the room, but it was clean. I was just expecting better conditions
