Beautiful hotel by the lake

The hotel is located on the lake and offers a stunning views of the Mt, Fuji. The hotel personal is friendly and helpful. Our stay was comfortable. All the meals were delicious and versatile. We are highly recommending this hotel to others.

Really enjoy the modern feel of this hotel. It's clean, has great amenities, outstanding staff. And it's attached to a Yodobashi department store with many restaurants in the building. Osaka station and the subway are a few minutes walk to get anywhere in the city. The Airport Limo bus terminal is across the street.

Great hotel in a great location

Great location, helpful staff. Room was tight but that was expected based on pictures. Ignore the Italian restaurant on the 9th floor, the 8th floor has a fantastic selection of restaurants. Direct bus available from the airport. Bridges to bus stations let you get anywhere in the city easily.

Great Place to Stay in Osaka

Right beside Osaka main JR statipn, with good connections to subways, this hotel is really well placed for a holiday or business stay in Osaka. Good-size, well-equipped room with comfortable bed and deep Japanese-style bath (a highlight!). Signage to help locate the hotel could be better, especially as the lobby is on the 9th floor of a building with shopping centre on the lower levels. Great restaurant level on floor below hotel lobby.

Amazing property. Very convenient and connected to the rest of Osaka. The only inconvience is due to the congestion of the elevators. But this is only because of how popular it is.

Location was very convenient. The hotel is on the 9th floor of a building that also has stores for shopping and also restaurants. Almost felt like I didn’t need to leave the building. It is also very close to the Osaka Station and has a bridge that connects making it easy for transportation. Room was clean and had plenty of space
