Great value - clean rooms and helpful staff. Hot breakfast on site - not a ton of choices, but enough to get you through until lunch. Close to several restaurants, and an easy drive to Mall of America. Would definitely stay here again.

Having stayed many times in this location it has never disappointed. Cleanliness seems reasonably on point with what one would expect. Best feature is how quiet it is by comparison to other hotels. Staff is always cordial even as facility ownership has changed. It’s a great stay when you’re wanting the basics covered without the posh amenities

Terrible. Birthday ruined.

Terrible. Chemicals in the poop bleached our swimsuits, burned the hair of our skin, cause rashes and peeling, and made us feel sick. Then there was no working heat in our room when we were rushing to shower. The general manager was dismissive and blamed us for having “sensitive skin”.

The breakfast and coffee were good! The food area was clean. The hotel room was not very clean. The table top surfaces had not been wiped down in awhile. The pool area was filthy. I don’t think the pool or hot tub have been cleaned or walls scrubbed down in a very long time. The floor of the whole pool area was dirty and suck to our feet. The hot tub floor was also filthy. The pool temperature was warm and good for kids to swim. The location of the hotel was great! Near many food and shopping options.

Convenient location for our stay

This is a convenient location for the places we planned to visit while passing through the Twin Cities of MN. our room was generally comfortable which was set up for handicap accessibility. The main is issue was with the shower. It had a hand held spray which is okay in general. This one had no adjustments and if you put it in the holder the spray was horizontal only. Not easy to use.
