The stay was great. I can’t really complain about anything, but the hallway odor. I’m guessing the carpet needs to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned. Other than that, everything thing else was very pleasant. I would most definitely stay at Alexis again.

Location of this hotel is decent but it is extremely outdated. The elevator had issues that triggered the smoke alarms (alarms went off majority of the day well into the night) and there was a burning wire smell in the lobby. I had to walk up/down from the 5th floor for the majority of my stay.

It was amazing. The room was clean and appealing to the eyes. The bed was comfortable the room had a big screen tv. I love the inside rooms vs outside balcony rooms. The bathroom floor was very slick and slippery- perhaps moisture from AC unit. You have to be careful. Breakfast was really good. Nice variety. Love the ice cold water in the lobby and the location of ice maker and vending machine inside. We really enjoyed our stay.

Check in was easy, room was clean. A little ran down with just little things. Bed and pillow were great. Room had a weird smell to it. Like it was closed off for to long. Couldn’t adjust the temperature of the air. So it was a warm. I think that’s partially where the smell came from.
