I came here on a business trip. The facility is situated in a good location, however, my experience was terrible. I wanted to leave after the first night. My key did not work the entire duration of my stay and it was difficult finding anyone to help me. I came back to the facility to find my door wide open on a few occasions and no worker in sight. My belongings could have gotten stolen and/or my safety jeopardized. I called the help line and they did not answer. I do not recommend this place.

My stay was pretty good. The housekeeper was very nice and sweet. The front desk employees were respectful and knowledgeable also nice. The only thing i didnt like was no breakfast just complimentary coffee. Some fruit or something would have been nice but overall it was a good stay

Room was good had A kitchenette with no utensils, but you can get them from downstairs bed was hard shower was supposed to have a seat in it and did not big thing was the trash room on our floor was overflowing five garbage cans, full and trash all over the floor the whole second floor smelled
