We were able to check in a little early, which let us drop our stuff and get to our event without having to leave everything in the car. Room was spacious with a separated bedroom and sitting area.

Excelent service!

Staff was super friendly! Check-in was fast and easy. Room was a suite...very nice to have a seating area! Requested extra towels and pillows, minutes later a maintenance work showed up with the towels because he saw the request and did t want us to have to wait! These employees really go out of their way to make sure guests are treated very well!! Will definitely go back

Great place to stay Parking is over priced

Our stay was good, but the parking fee is outrageous—$30 a night—added to the room price. There is no other place to park around the hotel. I stayed before the pandemic, and parking was free. We are all going through trying times with many of us losing our jobs.....just think about the price of parking, especially when you have someone booking 4 rooms and staying at your hotel for 4 days.

Very nice except the pool is closed again. The TV in the sitting room didn’t work and the room could use a clock. There were a few hairs on the tub as well. Otherwise the service was good and it still is a nice place to stay. Love the happy hour and free breakfast although I left early.

FALSE ADVERTISING

I specifically booked this trip for the pool, water fall esthetics etc. I had no other plans but to use the pool for our trip. You didnt advertise the pool was out til may nor did the hotel advertise it. The parking was high per day we werent told that either. I asked for a refund so we could stay someone where else or at least have the money to go find activities to do being the pool was closes, but was offered no help. The food and snacks were outrageously priced at 3 times market rates per item even for a candy car and waters. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

The lady at the front desk was wonderful. But the rest of the experience was very mediocre. Trash cans were overflowing, there were no extra sheets or pillows for the pull-out couch in our room, there was no hand sanitizer at the breakfast area anywhere to be found. It seems that embassy suites are kind of declining in my experience the past couple years.
