6/10 Good

Good value

It was a good value. Some furniture was not in the best condition, as well as molding. Overall we were satisfied but not vlown away.
John M, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

A solid, budget friendly place for a one night stay. The property was clean, as was the room. The WiFi didn’t work, and there were some folks being a little loud in the hallway, but other than that, no complaints. I would stay again.

Worst hotel I have stayed at!

There are folks that live in this hotel full time. Because of this they have their children running up and down the hallways. One of them pulled the fire alarm on my first night it 12:30a. I will say the lady up front was amazing and put me in a part of the hotel, after I asked, that didn’t have as many families in it allowing me to get some rest. I will have to come back to newburgh for work again, I assure you I will not be booking with this hotel. P.s. the images to showcase this hotel are not actual images. It looks very run down in person!

Crossroads

The floor is the room was moist from a leak or steam cleaning. I could hear a leaking valve or faucet.

This was a very outdated and practically rundown hotel. It's fairly inexpensive for a very obvious reason once you see the condition of their highest grade of room. For the price, it's okay, but expect 0 amenities, door handles missing, and holes in the wall. Staff is kind, but still would never book again
Uchechukwu, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Property you can tell had been partially renovated but it was little things like a hole in the wall from old thermostat and 2 holds in what used to be a bifold door. Maintenance of the property would go a long way. This was a last minute booking so it’s possible that the room was all that was available. Otherwise our stay was fine and reasonable
Timothy, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

the only issue was the bathroom door
allison, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Somewwhat shabby--broken blinds in the hallway, but generally clean. It would be nice to have a cup or mug, instead of foam disposables for coffee. Excellent value.

Overall nice hotel

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful..Hotel slightly dated because a small section the cieling in rm 173 had peeling paint , shower rod install wrong not keeping curtain closed, and a couple fruit flies kept appearing unk source..Didnt see a breakfast section even though they have a paid snack bar by front desk, diner next door and a pilot gas station up the block...overall a nice spot plenty of parking.easy access to highway

Great hotel, coffee not great but that’s really not important, the room was perfect and clean, very very confortable for the price
Ceni, 1-night trip

False advertisement. No lounge or restaurant since covid which is what, 4 years ago or so. No breakfast as advertised and the smell of Marijuana in the hallway made me not want to leave my room . Absolutely getto

Pick Another Hotel

I don't know where those 10/10 reviews are coming from. It looks nice from the photos and the beds themselves seemed clean but I draw the line at roaches in the tub at 7am. And all you get from the person at the desk is that she just works there. And no coffee at 7am either. I would keep going on, but that wouldn't be nice to all the tenants who live there. Whatever. Seriously! Pick another hotel.
Jason, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The hotel was overall shabby. There were live bugs in the bathroom. The toilet had a small leak. The wallpaper was peeling and there was food crumbs in the small foyer of the room under the microwave/refrigerator. The linens were clean and one of the beds was comfortable enough, mismatched headboards though. The carpet had unidentifiable stains. The staff was serviceable but not friendly. It seemed like a family was living there because we often saw them in the reception area. Would not stay again.
Elisheba, 2-night trip

Gorgeous room, quiet, clean….will def stay again since we come here a lot to visit family.

This was hands down the worst hotel ive ever seen in my life as i pulled into the parking lots got dirty stares from the "residents" waiting for the bus to bring their kids while smoking and drinking then as i walk in there is a blaring alarm that "cant be fixed" so we were put on the third floor i went to use the elevator and it was clearly very broken but i was experiencing ankle issues so i had no choice was then stuck in the elevator for 5 min once i got to my room there were two garbage cans full of a mystery "white sludge" right outside my room as i go into the room i try to use the toilet and it is clogged i try to call the front desk and the phone doesnt work so i have to hobble my way down the stairs to tell them the issues and was told "yeah the phone has been having issues and the elevator does that sometimes we had to leave so i brought my things with me assuming they wouldnt be able to fix the toilet (i was correct) they then put us on the other side of the hotel that side was just as dirty and loud with children and people screaming all night the next morning for checkout i go down and there is no one at the desk after waiting 5 min with someone behind me i decide to call thinking it would alert someone a old angry woman comes walking around the corner asking "are you calling here" i told her yes she then made up a story about helping a guest who fell and gave me a attitude because shes inept at her job shes unfit for human interaction DO NOT STAY HERE NOT SAFE
