Love the Room!

The Suite we had on the ground floor was amazing. From the walk up to the room, you see your own private little outdoor fireplace. You open the door and a nice modern rustic style room with great decor and furniture. Our favorite part of the room was the bathroom. it was large with a huge spa tub, the shower was also very nice. The star of the room was the bidet toilet that thing was AMAZING! Definitely can't wait to come back for another stay. The only downside of the stay is part of the hotel is that it is under construction. So to get to the breakfast from our room we had to walk outside of the building and go around the construction.

Nice but charmless

Comfortable and modern room. The hotel was under reconstruction so wasn’t any good common areas, but maybe they are coming. Close to the Main Street going through Napa on one side, so there is some noise from that. Overall good hotel but lacks charm. Looked much more glam in the pics than real life, but maybe after reconstruction it will be nicer.

Where to start? They are advertised as soundproof rooms, that is an outright lie. Check in wasn't the friendliest. Concrete dust covering tables at breakfast. Elevator didnt work. Thermostat couldnt maintain a set temp. Either sweated or froze at night. Bar wasnt bad. I get they are under construction for a new look, but 10/10 find somewhere else to stay in napa. I can confidentially say this was top 3 worst experiences in a hotel stay.

The renovations to this property were beautiful. The rooms were incredibly clean and had many modern amenities. The rooms were also quiet considering they were so close to the road. The locations was also perfect, close to the highway and the outlets. Would definitely stay again.

Nice property that is getting remodeled, so we stayed in the renovated section, it was nice - but for a family of 5 they charge for use of the pull out sofa (not disclosed in the booking) and pay for parking per night as well. Food was amazing for dinner and for breakfast they had made to order breakfast!

Our hotel room was nice, however the hotel was under a complete renovation and we’d had not been told prior to our arrival about the HUGE renovation. Most of the hotel was closed off, the breakfast area was dusty and very uninviting. I am sure the hotel will look beautiful when it’s finished but people staying should be advised of the work happening. I would NOT recommend or stay here again
