Excellent hotel and friendly staff, especially our housekeeper! Location superb if you are visiting NYC and want to be away from the noise and hustle and bustle. Hudson ferry terminal right outside the hotel door for easy transportation over to Manhattan! Will stay again if visiting NYC

Nice Skyline

The hotel is located in a nice area. If you are going to be in NY for 1 week for example it will cost you at least 56 dollars pr person in bus or 120 dollars in boat expenses. The bus is very easy and only takes 8-10 minutes. The hotel is nice, a little bad pressure in the shower. The cleaning staff is very nice! the view is beautiful, you get the whole New York Skyline. I recommend the hotel without a doubt, but there are some extra costs due to the location.

Only did breakfast at restaurant, which was fine but very busy. Elevators were at time out of service or had issues with card reading. Shower was weak due to a poor valve seal on faucet. Room was clean and in decent shape but very old and outdated. The place needs a lot of updates. $35 for parking for a half empty parking lot is also ridiculous. Customer service was fine.
