Satisfying Stay

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant room was nice, clean and organized the bathroom door was a sliding door and didn’t give much privacy. Other than that we were satisfied. This was a trip to buena parks local theme park so we were 10 minutes walking distance from knotts berry farm, there’s plenty of parking and front desk were very helpful they worked with my needs as far as room placement. Definitely recommend and will consider doing a family trip soon.

Wish I would have taken pictures room smelled of raid and fabuloso. Scoffs on doors and walls, chips on all furniture. Very sketchy area and could not sleep comfortably. Pictures on hotel website are very deceiving

Checked in and within 40 minutes of being in our room we found two silverfish bugs near our pillows. Absolutely disgusting. We asked if we could be moved to another room but unfortunately due to there being none available, we had to request a refund that will take 7-10 business days to receive back.
