Check in wasn’t an issue. The lady checking me in was patient when I had an issue with my bank card and she even waived the pet fee for my dog after I had to deal with that. However, the next morning I went down to grab some breakfast with my dog, on a leash, and was told my dog wasn’t allowed down there at all, even in the general seating area. This is supposed to be a pet friendly hotel. My dog weighs all of 11 lbs and doesn’t make a sound or cause any issues. Then while I was taking my dog back to my room, the same hotel employee asked me for my hotel room number. I’m not sure why this is information they need. I was treated poorly for simply having my dog at a pet friendly hotel. Needless to say, I won’t be back.
