We were slightly concerned about the outside safety based on other reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. No homeless anywhere around the property. Streets felt very safe and clean. Room was better than expected. Beds were clean and comfy. Bathroom was a little dated but it’s a budget motel. Fridge and microwave in room! Overall would stay again.

This was the LOUDEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. You can hear everything! They were doing construction at the hotel in the wee hours of the morning. Rooms were clean and it’s close to good bars and restaurants.

Staff is wonderful, location is perfect if you have activities at the convention center. However, homeless people on drugs in the parking lot at night when we arrived, and cigarettes and trash in stairwells. Didn’t feel safe.

Staff were nice but that doesn't balance it out. It's much worse than the pictures. I think the sheets were clean but I couldn't wait to get out of there. Only stayed because we'd pre-paid. We thought it'd be okay for the Kings game since we'd only be sleeping there - it's well worth the extra money to stay elsewhere.

This place was not in the greatest of areas. The place is very old and run down looking. The rooms are very dark and had a musty smell. Ac didnt work well. Blow dryer didmt work. They have an ice machine but cant imagine its been cleaned or serviced in a while. There are no vending machines to buy anything to drink. Went into office and asked if they had any drinks to buy and they said no.
