A pleasant little stay

The booking and check-in process were incredibly easy. The room was spacious (suite), clean, and well laid out. The bed was a bit too stiff and pillows too soft/flat for my liking but these will always be subjective opinions. Hard to have a one size fits all in these areas. The breakfast was included and had standard offerings, some of which were great for a grab-and-go situation like bagels, yogurt, and fruit. What was also nice was the offerings around the area from chain restaurants to local eateries and coffee shops. The hotel was also very easy to get to, which can be good and bad. It’s right off the highway (good) so I was able to easily hear the traffic (not so good). The check-out process was as easy as check-in. Overall, worth recommending for short swings through the Monona or Madison area.
