Hotel had nice front desk service. The building was a bit on the older side. Main negative was the price was extremely high for the quality though it was spring break for the family. Location was fine for walking to local stores and restaurants. Note: get a room with the balcony facing the pool.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was far enough away from the city central, that is was very quiet at night, the area was well lit & felt safe, and the grounds/rooms were clean. The breakfasts were hot and had a good variety. The hotel offered rides to/from Mallory SQ area, and that was included and very convenient. The Hop-on-Hop-off trolley (a separate company & NOT included) has a stop at this hotel, so that was a good option to get a tour and not have to drive in-town.

Fairfield Key West

The hotel front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice, although we did have an A/C issuue but tahe staff adjusted our bill for it. The free breakfast was good, and the staff kept it stocked with both hot and cold choices. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, with a pool bar next to it, that closed at 830pm. The hourly shuttle to downtown was nice, so we used it nightly. The drivers were not very friendly or helpful, but it could have been a language barrier. We would stay here again.

Pleasant staff and very nice pool area, convenient location but hotel needs a serious renovation. Cracks on the floor, door to our room needed to be cleaned, textured walls were very unattractive. Breakfast was adequate. Shuttle to downtown was a great amenity.
