1st time at hotel even tho booked a room with balcony.ended up on 1st floor with no window. It was like sleeping in a box. When asked if i could change rooms they said no even tho they we not fully booked. 3 nites @ 1,200 usd to sleep in a box.

No one answered at the front desk when I called before arrival to answer questions Any why was I charged a service fee when I arrived at 3am and left at 9am when there were no towels and bad service
