The floor in the room was sticky. The countertops had rings from bottles and the microwave was dirty. The room smelled very musty and had water stains on the walls and carpet. I did not take photos of the room. I will know next time wherever I am, to take pictures.

Okay, this time.

The Front Desk Attendant at Check-in was very professional and attentive...however, the lobby's AC was out and it was not welcoming at all. We suspected the morning breakfast area would be uncomfortable. It goes further...there was no orange juice, just apple. There was milk, but for cereal. We didn't want to use it as kids were getting cold cereal. The coffee service was not pleasant. We had a nice room, it was just the lobby and breakfast was not pleasant. We got the information for across the street for our next visit. This was our first stay in this LaQuinta, we sadly can't reccommend it until it is tweaked.
