I would like my money back. The hotel was not, in any way, accessible for someone with impairments. They have a "lift" which you cannot operate independently, and it took 10 or so minutes to get someone down to help us with. I asked for an accessible room and they sent a note and said they'd provide one if possible but NO ROOM is accessible if not on the first floor, but they don't have a first floor. They should have messaged and said find somewhere else, it's not going to work. Furthermore, we had to bring a shower stool, the air conditioner was set so high, height wise, the old ladies could not reach or see the knobs to adjust the air, and the TV did not work.
