A great stay, fantastic location on the edge of Hyde Park, close to Lancaster Gate tube station. Ate in the hotel and the food was good value. All in all would definitely return next time we go to London.

We booked this hotel very last minute, although our double room was very small, it was clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay. Comfy bed, hot shower and lovely white towels! Breakfast was great plenty of choice and excellent service from all the staff. We would stay again but maybe select a bigger room.

The only reason I didn’t put excellent, because of a very very noisy generator, our friends moved in the night after calling reception and we asked to be moved in the morning. Both couples had very bad interrupted sleep. The staff were excellent in dealing with us. The hotel staff were excellent and helpful, our rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a shame our first night was disturbed by a generator.
