We stayed a few nights and the location was great for a short stay in Busan. We had the ocean view which was very nice and the staff was helpfull and lovely. The room was like the pictures however the bathroom did need a good redo. Seemed like they've tried to keep the mold at bay with a lot of weird touch ups and it was difficult to properly ventilate after a shower.

Me and my friend were lucky enough to find this hotel for our short trip to Busan, and we wish we had stayed here longer! It's about an hour bus ride from the train station but still in a great location, right opposite Haeundae Beach and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants surrounding it. The staff were accommodating and the room was very clean and spacious. We paid slightly more for an Ocean View room but it was worth it. I'd recommend Haeundae Seacloud Hotel Residence to anyone travelling to Busan to enjoy the seaside and nightlife.

We had a great stay here. The location was so good at Haeundae Beach, there was lots to do and see around the area. The check i. was a bit confusing - you have to go level 4 and swap lifts to level 6, but the staff were very friendly so it was no issue. Our taxi driver found the hotel easily. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was very clean. We were also happy that there was a washing machine in our room.

Our first time staying at a Seacloud. Location in Haeundae was fantastic. We got thr Premier Suite. Great space and very comfortable. You could tell the rooms were a bit "tired" over thr years but staff maintains it well. Cleaning daily, fresh towels, and consistent. Good value for travelers. The only awkward part of the facility is that its actually 3 hotels/residence that shares elevators. But once you get the hang of it, not an issue. Glad we stayed at this property.

I booked an ocean view room and the view was amazing. You have to find the 6th floor to check in, it take two elevator rides to get there. Besides that it was a great overall location, great value for cost and beautiful views.

When we arrived, we were asked if we wanted the daily freshening up of the room or if we wanted to handle everything ourselves. We chose the daily service. On the second day, our son used one of the towels. In order for him to have a dry towel for after the beach, I took the towel down to the desk. Because I chose the daily service, they were going to charge me to replace the towel. Not very good customer service. In addition, both mornings at 6:30 am, we were awoken to the sound of our window opening automatically. If we wanted our window open, we would open it ourselves and I don't need to be woke from a sound sleep to a motor running 2 feet away from the bed.

Great view, centrally located in Haeundae beach so close to dining, bars, beach, attractions etc! Room was a little bit run down but honestly it wasn’t a dealbreaker and it’s not like I was paying a premium- very affordable, very comfortable, lovely staff etc! The hotel staff were quick and friendly. The view from our hotel was amazing. The overall condition of the room was fine and a couple things were odd, like the position and condition of the outlets. But overall, it was a good stay.

Room have a fantastic ocean view. However, receptionist at check in counter was not pleasant. There was a washing machine with no operating instructions in English and no dryer, room for 4 persons but only 1 teaspoon to share, coffee was provided but no tea. Hotel location was very convenient to train stastion and Haeundae traditional market.

Mould everywhere, filthy floors, benches and bathrooms disgustingly filthy, broken tiles on bathroom floor, peeling wallpaper. No crockery except for 4 cups, no cutlery. View was excellent but I’m disappointed that I didn’t choose another property for 3 nights. The pictures looked great online so don’t be fooled.

Excellent location, especially with the sunset ocean view room is gorgeous. Large property space, very comfortable. But it could add more furnitures to the empty space. For example it would’ve been super helpful to have a couch in the room for resting as it’s quite empty. Or add more hangers to the large empty closet. Overall the property is just a little bit outdated. We do love the laundry machine very much, and the front desk provides free laundry detergent and drying rack if you request. Lovely stay at this excellent location!
