The front desk clerk was super nice. Check in was easy, luckily I had reservations made through Hotel.com if not it would have been "cash only" for room payment. The actual "non smoking room" smelled like cigarette. The rest room needed major work on, the toilet was wobbly and the tub's water knobs were not working properly and kept water running all night long...

Hotel is in Poor condition.

Room has a lot of holes on the wall, kintchen countertop broken, a/c not working...we needed to ask for another room. I choose this place because it is so close to the airport (we need it for just one night). For one night is ok! The room service woman was very helpful and friendly.

Very unsafe environment, In the four days i had to stayed there there was several incidents one leading to where cops had to drag a guy out due to a man breaking into rooms stealing items and vandalizing.

The first room they gave us was non-smoking yet it smelled horrible. Plus the toilet was clogged and they didn't have maintenance on site. They moved us to another room however it was dirty and the AC would keep turning off all night. I would not recommend this hotel.

Avoid this place - unsafe and dirty

This hotel was a complete disaster. The rooms were in terrible condition—dirty, poorly maintained, and the doors didn’t even lock properly. No room service, and the whole place felt unsafe with sketchy people hanging around the parking lot and broken-down cars everywhere. This place should not even be listed on Hotels.com. Do yourself a favor and stay far away!

I'm going to call for a refund. My flight was delayed so we came in at 4am and they where doing inventory and they couldn't find my reservation. And I've still been charged.

Not an area that feels safe anymore and I’ve stayed here in the past but the location has been completely let go. The first room we had was damaged by a previous pet that was kept in the room along with bathtub broken among other things the second one was slightly better but the beds linen and pillows have strong urine or pet odors.

The worst in san antonio

Had a terrible stay at this hotel. AC would not blow warm air so froze to death with paper-thin blankets. Next door was having a party and still dont know why you would put rooms together in an empty hotel. Avoid this location unless you want to feed the homeless in the lobby or buy extra services from the street workers.
