The hotel staff was absolutely 10/10. Very pleasant and helpful. The water park was great. The heated pool was great. The bed wasnt comfy and the sheets were scratchy.The restaurants on site were good. The arcade was a nice way to kill a few hours of downtime

As a travel agent it is undergoing a lot different f construction. The lay out is confusing. The room was cold in the living room but the bedrooms were muggy. The water park and pool was excellent for the kids. The restaurants were excellent but, the morning buffet was expensive and the pancakes and French toast was hard from sitting too long.
