Good other then the checkin through the machines and no people there. I also think that breakfast needs to be served longer than 9 am. Wasn’t able to utilize it at all because of the late night due to an emergency surgery on a family member while traveling. Checking in at 4:30 am should not be charged as a full night either. Especially when you have more than one night.

The rooms were beautifully renovated, the beds comfortable, the lobby was clean, and the virtual check in was an interesting process. The breakfast was just so, so. Overall, I would book this hotel again.

Hello, I actually did have an issue with my stay. I was charged an $100 security deposit at check-in I was told would be reimbursed for. I haven’t brought this up since now, because I had been giving Hotels.com the benefit of the doubt. However it has been a month since my stay and I have yet to be reimbursed.
