Hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was all fresh, with plenty of choice. The evening meal was great and server very quickly. BUT the young lady who (sort of) welcomed me in the bar for evening meal was basically rude. I was grunted at, the menu was tossed on the table as she walked away, and everything seemed too much effort. Its a shame because previous stays here the staff were great.

Location requires transport into the city centre, so we spent a lot of time on buses--the ride being 30-35 minutes. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and the staff was very helpful.
