The room had been falsely advertised, the hot tub was closed and i was not made aware of this. I stay in burnaby often. The main reason i chose this room was actually for the nespresso in the room. It was not there. The images posted were defintly from an upgraded room. I was looking forward to just relax in a hot tub.

The staff are great - professional, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are dated with noticeable wear. There was an unusual smell in my room. It is an “okay” hotel. Particularly, if you are wanting to be close to the Casino. I’d rather try a new hotel than stay here again.
