Bad staff

Ok hotel for the price. BUT, the staff was terrible! When we arrived the guy at the reception said that we didn’t have a booking, and tried to make us pay more (since it was more expensive to book upon arrival) we took the fight and “suddenly” he found our booking printed right in front of him. He was creepy, don’t stay at this hotel if you’re traveling alone as a girl.

The shower without a curtain or door causes water all over the floor. This is just stupid. And dangerous. And had to use towels to dry floor. You don’t want that. Fix this problem. Also parking!! Announce before booking that parking will cost $20 off site!!!

Nice hotel with very stylish design. The area is very loud at night and expect a police or ambulance to come back with a blaring siren once a night. Given it is right behind the station this is an advantage but also probably not suitable for everyone

Obnoxious

I chose this hotel based on its location and positive reviews. Why those reviews were positive will remain a mystery for me. It’s the most obnoxious place I have ever stayed. The bathroom was so dirty that I wouldn’t risk to take a shower there (fortunately, I spent only about 9-10 hours there before my transatlantic flight). The next door neighbors were extremely loud. The hotel manager did ask them to turn off their music per my request. However, the loud conversation lasted way into the early morning hours. In one word: it’s a hotel next to bus and railroad stations. It “lives up” to the reputation of this types of hotels. I would never recommend it to anyone.

Never visiting this hotel again

The hotel was in a very ghetto neighbourhood. After 5-7pm it stinks of weed everywhere. There was hair in the shower (not ours) Some stains on the carpet (looked like puke) It was so hot in the room and the only a very poorly working fan. The bathroom stank of pee. Let me just wrap it up by saying (you get what you pay for and I’m definitely not budgeting on hotels in Germany anymore).

I was given a room on the 4th floor, but there is no elevator, but they do not sya so in their intenet description. Nice location close to the train station, if one needs to spend a night in Frankfurt. Neighborhood is frequented mostly by immigrants.

No elevators , if you have luggage or if you are old , please be advised that there are no elevators in the premises . And usually the first 2 floors are fully booked . Other than that very convenient with the train 3 min walk from the main train station on central Frankfurt
