We had a really nice relaxing break. In fact to point that i may book every few months to get a break. Could do with a few more staff in the bar, but the breakfast was excellent. Room a good size and very comfortable. The evening restaurant food was very good as well and service excellent. Check in was quick and simple. The hotel offered everything we needed. It was a very hot weekend so air con in rooms would have been good. But the air con in the bar and restaurant was perfect.

I stay 4 times a year for work, nice and convenient hotel for me. The rooms are nice, could do with more attention to detail in cleaning, found a champagne cork beside the curtains and loads of dust… the room I was in had the air conditioner below the window which is pointless as when you shut the curtains to sleep the air doesn’t come into the room.

Used the bar for a pre dinner drink, couldn't get our original choice as key ingredient missing (staff very apologetic). The hotel was very well presented and clean, staff were all very friendly. Accommodation was comfortable and the facilities were modern and well designed. The beds were comfortable, however some of the pillows were not firm enough for our liking. It was also a shame that there was no mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cool. The pool, sauna and gym area were great, but it was disappointing that half the pool was closed off due to children's swimming lessons - not something I would expect in a spa hotel and an inconvenience to paying customers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but feel these details could make it even better.
