I stayed here for a small 2 day trip and it was an incredible experience. The staff was super friendly, the restaurants had some great food. The ambiance was relaxed. Even the casino was nice and quiet, which is expected as it was a middle of the week trip

Birthday weekend 🎂

My weekend at Bally's was good, although there were some minor flaws. The pool being the first flaw closing at 6pm an it's only for adults was crazy, the second problem: was the bathroom leaking and half our stuff got wet. Third flaw: we also feel like y'all need the trolley for the parking area cause carrying your luggage to your room from distance walk was crazy. All in all we had fun at our stay at y'all hotel will do it again soon.

Walls are paper thin. Heard of group of kids playing football in the hallways and called front desk, nobody came. Tv didn’t work on ESPN, no turn down service and no microwave.

The hotel in the lobby has a sign that the spa and the pool can be used only if you are over 21yo. The politburo is that both the pool and the spa are closed. Yet Bally’s charges you a resort fee. I wonder, what makes Bally’s resort without the pool and the spa? They should refund people the resort fee, because it is wrong advertising

Overnight stay

Stayed overnight after meeting up with friends to watch college b-ball. Would have preferred auto check-in since only 3 computers were staffed at front desk, but only available kiosk did not work. Decor a bit outdated but that’s not a major issue for me. Room was clean & comfortable and overall my stay was peaceful & pleasant.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel. Found out the pool was closed. The Yard was closed. No live entertainment. Casino was lackluster. A 16 oz bottle of water was $5.79! Resort fees (approx. $35) per night for nothing! Hotel taxes and fees, taxes and fees, taxes and fees... on top of the booking taxes and fees! The Hotels.com description was misleading...We should have known better!
