Assigned to occupied room and sent to keep trying multiple times before a woman screamed at staff trying to enter using master key. Told no rooms available after that, then assigned to supposedly staff emergency room, which smelled of mold.
Discussed with staff, then assistant manager, who had an attitude and said “so, did you end up in a room?” as if to suggest that the experience getting to a moldy room was a non-issue. Very argumentative, attempted to justify company/staff issues as if that was my concern.
If this place tries to charge more than $79-100 for its 1.5star accommodations, you will be paying too much.
