I appreciated that the room included Dish Network and was overall clean. The larger refrigerator and microwave were definitely a plus, along with the small coffee maker. The bed was okay—not the most comfortable, but manageable.
The room did have an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout my stay, which was disappointing. As someone who reserved a handicap-accessible room, I was surprised to find a standard tub with grab bars instead of a walk-in shower. While this wasn’t a major issue for me, it could be problematic for someone in a wheelchair.
The ice and vending machines were conveniently located down the hall. The lobby was welcoming with a nice fish tank, and the small gym was a nice bonus. However, the pool area looked like it could use some maintenance and cleaning.
Overall, it was a fair experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement—especially in accessibility and room freshness.
