It was okay. Just okay. No fridge in the room. Bathroom was cold, room was too hot. The breakfast was good. However, please, for the love of god, the elevator to the garage smells like 400 old gym socks. You NEED to fix that.

This is a comfortable place to stay in a mid price range. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast- which is normally a highlight- as the gluten free bread was below the usual standard. Also the hotel was looking dusty and dirty - especially viewed from the elevator. Elevators are currently being refurbished so a good time to clean all those ledges and shelves!

It’s convenient for the Opera

It was ok but I was waiting at least for a congratulations on my birthday, not even mentioned… and other hotels even a present have given me. It was my65 birthday and my husband took me to the musical. Very conviniéndole to be close to the Opera. Time to check in 4pm if you’d out earlier there is a 200 Kr fee

Desværre ikke pengene værd

Man kan ikke slå beliggenheden eller udsigten - den er virkelig god. Men hotellet, særligt værelset, virker meget dateret. Det ligner ikke, det er blevet opdateret i 25 år, og det er lidt på tide. Flere lamper på vores værelse virkede ikke. Venligt personale men dårlig service fra hotelkædens side. Vi ankom et par timer før check-in-tiden og blev tilbudt at betale et gebyr for at få adgang til vores værelse før kl. 16. Det var et lille gebyr, så det er mere princippet i, at man ikke bare tilbyder værelset til gæsterne, hvis det allerede er klar, som jeg synes er ærgerlig service. Herudover var det ikke muligt at få en elkedel til vores familieværelse, så vi kunne lave varmt vand til vores babys sutteflaske om natten. Hvis vi ville have en elkedel skulle vi betale ekstra for en “kaffepakke”. Vi var dog velkomne til at hente varmt vand i receptionens kaffemaskine - heldigt vi havde en termoflaske med, for ellers skulle vi have rendt ned fra 12. Sal om natten. Morgenmaden var desværre ret kedelig. Jeg vil vurdere mit ophold et sted mellem 2 og 3 stjerner.

Fint rum men...

Stort fint rum. Dessvärre badkar där duschen inte kunde fästas där man ville. Väcktes av ljud vid 05-tiden och då märkte vi att mörkläggningsgardinerna inte dolde ljuset. Vilket var en besvikelse då vi hade svårt att somna om.

Klassiskt Scandic-hotell med bra läge

Bra läge när Triangeln, praktiskt om man kommer från/skall till Kastrup. Lite slitet och omodernt i de allmänna utrymmena men rent och fräscht på rummet.
