We did not feel we received a particulalry warm welcome. It was polite but no more than that. We had to ask the restaurant staff for things rather than being shown where to go and what to do. At breakfast on the first morning there were seven uncleared tables, but two staff just chatting to each other.

Hotel, Zimmer usw alles gut. Traurig war, dass wir den Wellness-Bereich als Buchungsgrund gewählt hatten und diesen leider nicht nutzen konnten/wollten wie gewünscht. Problem waren andere Gäste die in Unterwäsche und Badekleidung und teils ohne Handtuch in die Sauna gehen - leider keine Einzelfälle, sondern an unserem Tag der Normalfall. Für uns ein no-go. Auf Reklamation bei der Rezeption gab es weder einen Ausgleich, noch das Geld für die zuzahlungspflichtigen Bademäntel zurück. Schade

Wir waren 2 Tage im Toverland und dieses Hotel ist ca 25 Fahrminuten entfernt, es liegt direkt neben der Autobahn (man hört sie nicht!!). Für unsere Zwecke war es das perfekte Hotel, wir haben auch den Pool genutzt und die Kinder haben beim Check in einen Wasserball und Sandspielzeug geschenkt bekommen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, alles ist frisch und sauber. Auch das Zimmer war groß und wir hatten zu viert keine Platzprobleme. Wir können es empfehlen!!
