We Arrived a day later due to flight issues, I called several times and the staff was always kind nad helpful. Front desk was great for getting a taxi, directions, etc. Our room was above the lobby and on the busy street. But we did not hear a thing and slept great.

Very nice hotel. Happy to stay at the hotel with great features and amenities. The employee that checked us in was very nice and have excellent customer service. The rooms are clean, nice, and comfortable. The hotel staff are very understanding and kind. The location is very central and close to everything; public transportation, restaurants, shopping centers, etc. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The property was located in an area we really liked with lots of places to go to including bars restaurants etc. However what we weren't aware of was the building was being refurbished and after the first night we had to move to the sister hotel in a completely different area. The transfer was handled very professionally however we were not as impressed with other hotel location.

Researched where to stay in Copenhagen over New Year, this hotel was recommended and it didn't disappoint! Wonderful stay overall. Reception and all staff helpful and pleasant. Hotel undergoing changes, so had a few niggles to sort but this was all sorted quickly by email on our return. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Ideally located in a lovely city.
