The hotel lobby was clean, the breakfasts were hot & tasty, and the staff were super friendly & accommodating, even when we arrived back to our room in the wee hours of the morning. I did notice our room wasn't cleaned during the 4 nights we were checked in, but in fairness I think that standard has changed a lot since the pandemic (I haven't travelled in awhile) and they also provided us with more towels when we asked. I'm sure they would have also cleaned our room if we had requested it. We didn't swim but the pool area looked clean & beautifully decorated. 5 stars overall!
