Outstanding experience at Rotana! The manager, front desk and housekeeping went above and beyond to pay attention to small advance requests and housekeeping was amazing! The rooms are spotless and absolutely gorgeous. Zest offered a delicious buffet dinner and breakfast as always. Its an amazing hotel, this is the second time I stay at this hotel within 2 months and its always exceed my expectation! Special thanks to Tajul from the resturant who was always there to support you along all the teams. From reception desk also they were very supportive, I cant remember the name of the lady that starts with L as far as I remember but she did great job too.

We had a great time at Al Ain Rotana. We got upgraded to a suite, which was a blessing considering we were travelling with kids. The staff was also super friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. I'm terms of facilities, the hotel seems to have been renovated recently, it features a really large pool and a playground so for those travelling with kids it's a great choice.

We had a great time here. Al Ain is a beautiful community and Rotana was really impressive. Great place for kids, took our daughter to the hotel swimming pool and on the playground in the morning, then to the fort across the street in the afternoon. The breakfast is great, all in all a great experience. Highly recommend it.
