Delightful hotel!

Beautiful setting conveniently close to Banff, yet far enough away to be peaceful, and the shuttle into the town was very handy. I particularly loved that there were bathrobes, not just towels, and all the staff were helpful and friendly.

Old hotel. Pretty clean room. Oder in the room (218) musty and nearly offensive.

4/10 Fair

Not worth $500 per night!

I am sorry but this place is not worth $500 a night. I understand it does have a great restaurant but I did not even eat there. The hotel room is old and dated and plain jane. There was never anyone at the desk. It is like staying in an older worn out motel - not hotel. Disappointed.

Joseph, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

We enjoyed our stay in early April. The hotel is a bit further (5mims) from other Banff hotels and restaurants but had lots of free parking. My only observation is that the hotel is now brand new. Overall would stay again.

Angela, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The views from the patio of the mountains were amazing. The only thing I would recommend is upgrading the bathroom and in particular the shower. That was a bit tight, but overall a very good place to stay
