This resort is really 2 or 3 resorts in one. You can stay around the main area and have a traditional beach resort vibe. You can stay in one of the rooms surrounding the lagoon pool and garden to get a more tropical atmosphere or you could splurge and get one of the big villas if you want more privacy. We chose to stay in the lagoon area as that best fits us. The whole stay was honestly amazing, if we had more time in Da Nang we would have definitely still spent it at Furama resort

Just OK

Breakfast was under expectations for the resort level. Coffee was served room temperature if you don't specifically ask for it to be from the machine. Service was good until you actually asked for something then they were more interested about continue with their task and not help with your needs. Bell boys just wanted tip and are not helpful. And everything in the resort has a add on fee that is more expensive the doing it by your self, like their shuttles are more expensive then local taxi. Room cleaning was good. But sleeping was not easy due to a cook starting making noice at 4.30. In total the resort is OK but does not feel of a higher level.
