Resort overall was a great stay. It was clean and functional. My toilet was broken when I arrived to my room and they promptly came and fixed it. The food at the buffet was very good, they had a variety of option, one which was authentic Mexican which I appreciated! The bed mattress was very firm and hard to get comfortable the first couple nights. The service was not great. I am used to employees greeting everyone with a smile and trying to be accommodating. No one was rude but also not very approachable or friendly. There were a couple bar tenders who smiled and engaged.

Staff are attentive and good service. Huge choice for food at the main restaurant. Good range of activities as well. Some parts of the bathroom are a little tired, but otherwise good standard and clean. One negative is that it was not possible to book onto a shared airport transfer one-way although this service is offered for return journeys.
