Very friendly staff all speak excellent English and helpful. Facility is beautiful and well maintained. In site restaurant very good. Perfect combination of quiet yet close to the new part of city and old town Medina. Lots of restaurant and cafes all walking distance. AC goes off periodically on a schedule so you have to power off and on to turn it on.

Stayed 3 nights after a long treck in the nearby Atlas Mountains and enjoyed the fantastic spa and swimming pool to recover. Great breakfast buffet as well. Great location, walk everywhere.
