Super comfy, quiet and clean. Staff exceptionally kind and willing to help out. (Gave us lots of local tips, let us leave our bags on day of check out until our afternoon transport left) The breakfast was outstanding; held us well for busy days of walking. Don’t know if we’ll be back to Cork area but we’d happily stay again!

Great for an overnight or few days stay. Really comfortable bed, everything clean, tea/coffee making in room. Lots of hot water. Really good full Irish breakfast included in the price. It is a little out of town , but just a 15 minute drive to town or to Blarney Castle which we did. Free self parking in the grounds.

The property is lovely, clean, breakfast is fantastic. But guests need to know the property is located on a dense traffic intersection, with very limited amenities in the area.

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, cute house, good breakfast (included).
Cons: No elevator makes it tough with luggage. Pillows weren’t great. Doors seemed to be slamming late into the evening, thin walls (baby crying).

Staff was nice. Room was nice, but it was a distance from our car and 3 flights of stairs. So we left our luggage in the car and took just our necessities to the room. We were traveling so we were there only one night.

We stayed for one night and found the staff so helpful and friendly. The room was clean and warm and the shower was great. Breakfast was put on early for us as we had to leave early and it was really tasty. Would definitely recommend

Friendly staff & excellent breakfasts.

Construction right outside our bedroom door was very loud all afternoon. We were not told about the construction prior to our stay and she took payment before showing us our room. The room was shabby with a broken chair, tap and lamp and worn side table and woodwork. Very disappointing. The only good thing was the breakfast.

Beautiful old mansion turned into a hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Lovely Lithuanian lady managing the place was very nice and helpful and served a terrific breakfast. A pleasant night halt on our trip.

Room was warm with all the bases covered. Coffee machine with pods, chocolate biscuits, teas.... extra pillows to hand. Bathroom well stocked and good size. Very little foot traffic outside room, non after midnight.
Breakfast here is always excellent with good options between hot & cold.

This is a marvellous place! A large old mansion type house with modern rooms, and pleasant courtyard garden.
The staff were warm and welcoming, and the breakfasts are superb.

We enjoyed our stay! The property was off a main road which made it a bit more difficult to navigate to the parking lot upon arrival. Also, the check-in/check-out process was not clear. Overall, the property was good for a one night stay in Cork. It was clean and the breakfast was lovely.
