My friends and I stayed one night at the hotel by the airport which was perfect. It’s only a 10 minute drive to the airport. The staff were friendly and the hotel is close to restaurants. Overall, met our expectations.

The three young people who were attending the reception area and assisted me to my room, were really congenial and hospitable. Zaynep, Mustafa and Gabriel took special time and care for me, because I am a 75 year old woman who walks with a cane. After my two day stay in Istanbul, I flew to Montreal and stayed at a Wyndham hotel. The staff was not kind to me at all!

It’s quite close to the airport so you can hear that. But we slept just fine. Upon arrival we ordered food from room service and it arrived promptly delivered by a kind of “Uber Eats” type service. Food was very good. Shower wasn’t very hot at all.

Clean, comfortable and affordable

This hotel is great for an overnight stay close to Istanbul airport. My room was clean, comfortable bed, spacious and newly furnished. There was a kettle with tea & coffee and a small fridge. Bathroom on the smaller side but it had a rainfall shower. They need to label the soap dispensers as wasn’t sure which one was soap and which one shampoo. I paid a very good price for my room and will stay again.

We booked a room for 2 people just for 1 night since we only didn't plan to sleep and only wanted to stay a few hours till our flight. We were told we can’t have the room for 3 people unless we paid extra money. I asked what’s the issue since we’re not even sleeping. The issue also wasn’t about health and safety clearly since they were ready to allow us the room if we paid extra. He told us 1 of us can wait in the lounge and the other 2 have can the room. This was so disrespectful as we were 2 sisters with our mum. We asked to speak to a manager who then told us over the phone he’ll give us a discount if we pay - clearly this is just a way of making money off of people because if it was a standard rule, we’d be forced to pay for the full price. Anyway, we ended up just paying for a room with beds for 3 people as I didn’t want to drag my mum around to find another hotel. The room he gave us had only 1 double bed for two even though he told me the whole reason i was paying is because each person requires a bed to stay. I went to complain and he told me “you paid for extra person not extra room”. The service here was disgusting, we weren’t made to feel welcome from the beginning. The rooms was below average and there weren’t even soaps in the toilet. I’m really upset as it put stress on my family and it was embarrassing moment as he made us feel like we were breaking a law for booking a room just to rest at for a few hours till our flight. Please don’t waste your money on here.

Hotel is clean ,comfortable and warm. Reception staff were friendly and helpful . There are a few eating places and a store for essentials. Downtown has more restaurants but its a 40min walk. Hotel offers food if needed. Taxi takes 10mins and costs around 400 to airport . A good hotel for a lay over.

Excellent customer service and cleanliness. I think the shuttle service is kind of expensive, 20 euros for a 10 minutes trip. Also although the room was perfectly clean, there are unpleasant odors inside

This is a convenient and affordable hotel to stay on a night stopover in Istanbul, only 10min away from the airport, I recommend using Uber or taxi as the shuttle fee from hotels in the area are more expensive. The small hotel is new and in good condition. Good internet access and it is close to 4 or 5 restaurants and couple of mini markets... not much else to do in the area... as i said a good place to sleep and head back to the airport. Great value!!!
