The The hotel is good, but it doesn't have air conditioning or mini-fridges in the rooms. Additionally, it's located outside the train station hub, so you need to take an Uber, taxi, bus, or walk to get to the station. The people are very kind and helpful. Other than that, everything is excellent.

Is not convenient if you want to get to here from the airport by public transportation as you will have to change trams. Easy car ride from the airport though. The hotel staff are outstanding! I have to especially thank Karim and Lory at the front desk. Also, I have to especially thank Maria, one of the breakfast staff, for excellent conversation and advice! Maria is one of the main reasons I extended my stay.

We were couple hrs early and asked to check in and they expediated a room for us. Lory on the desk was awesome. So chatty and nelpfulin every aspect. The hotel was good and restaurabt breakfast buffet was over but they offered to whip us up some breakfast just the same. Much appreciated
