Esse tipo de estadia é fantástica, lugar muito bem localizado, perto de tudo, porém minha única ressalva é a questão do Check-in. Muito demorado pois vc tem que fazer tudo sozinho. Eu sei que para muitos é bom, mas quando trata-se de idosos, ou pessoas que não dominam muito bem a internet, não funciona tão legal.

Bem localizado, com a comodidade de ter um mercadinho logo antes do hall de elevadores. Acomodação com conforto razoável, cama com colchão pouco denso e frigobar com a porta empenada. Tivemos o infortúnio de pegar o último dia com queda de energia na propriedade. Faltou energia durante a madrugada e assim perdurou durante toda a manhã. Não tem gerador no prédio e os elevadores ficaram parados, tivemos que descer as malas de escada. Algumas pessoas estavam acomodadas no 15º andar, com bebês e idosos, foi bem complicado.

Pontos positivos: localização esplêndida. Atendimento rápido: tive alguns problemas rapidamente resolvidos. Pontos negativos: não tem vidro duplo, então quando a Paulista acorda às 04:30, vc também acorda. Banho ruim, difícil regulagem e água quente demora.

Ficamos em um quarto com muitas baratinhas no último andar. A nossa toalha estava com cabelo de outra pessoa.

Deixou a desejar. A rede Apê tem outros prédios melhores como o da Paulista com a Haddock Lobo. A aparência interna não é legal, com muitas paredes manchadas, e vale ressaltar que o quarto standard não tem janelas. A equipe foi prestativa para trocar para um quarto com janela (mediante pagamento da diferença), mas o prédio em si não é dos melhores. A localização é excelente.
